hmm... I'm not ready for Meredith to be pregnant yet... but then again, Shonda Rhimes does like her symmetry, so maybe season 5 ends with the room where the kids could play? but hopefully it just ends with Meredith and Derek standing in their newly built house and no kids.... yet!
but I really think it will be Callie. it would put an interesting spin on Callie and Erica... for those who are fans of the show Friends, I think it'd be like seeing Carol's view of the plot line, rather than Ross' view

I would loveee to see either of them pregnant, though probably Callie at this time, because if they make Meredith pregnant, she could do her usual freakout thing and then who knows what would happen with Merder.

I think it is 100% Callie. If it were Meredith, that would make things awkward with the storyline, I think. Mere isnt ready for a baby right now. even thought she claims she is "healed", there is no way she should be a mom. callie just makes complete sense. that would complicate her relationship with hahn and bring sloan back into the picture. plus he has always wanted a kid...

It can't be Meredith...well because we all know why. If she is then that would be just confusing since she and shepard haven't...you know. :D So it would have to be Callie or Adele... I don't know. Whoever it is...I'm happy for them! lol

i think its callie because it would sure throw a mix into the snow since her and mark and erica are having a lesbo/straight relationship.
i would like it to be merder but it might be better if they dont because than there will be more sex scenes with them trying to get pregnant.
i dont think its izzie because izzie only kissed alex to make him happy.
cant wait for greys!!

I'm gonna say it's Callie. She's just been too confused with her bi-sexual relations right now, and in the past episodes, we've seen a lot of Mark Sloan and Callie Torres action.
As for Meredith, I think that would be friggin amazing. It's around that time (post-therapy, major kiss with McDreamy, etc...) that Mer learned that people aren't always there, and that sometimes you really need to commit. And what better way to do that than with a surprise McBaby?
And ROSE. Die Rose. If she's pregnant, than Derek, being the best guy on the planet, will stay with her. BUT, thank the heavens, Shonda said specifically that Rose would not be pregnant.
I really wish it was Meredith, but my money's on Callie.

Has anybody forgotten about the Alex/Izzie thing? I think it's her. That would be a good thing. Assuming she's coming back and not dropping the show. I definitely don't think that it's Mer because I think that it would ruin things with her and der. Maybe not, maybe it would bring them closer but I think that they should be left alone for a while and that Izzie should be pregnant. That would be perfect since Alex just went through all that crap with Ava NOT being pregnant and then if Izzie became pregnant with his baby that would change a lot and he might not be so mad at her all the time now. I definitely think that it's her that's pregnant. No doubt about it.

I know it says someone that shared a big kiss is pregnant, but what if Rose is pregnant. Derek goes back to break up with her and she says she's pregnant. It would ruin MerDer getting back together. I hope that doesn't happen!

ohhh callie will be knocked up! haha. If the pregnancy happens early in the season. If not... then there is a possibility of Meredith being pregnant... after MER & DER are together for a bit. I think personally it would not be a good thing if Meredith was pregnant. WAY too fast. MER/DER need a real relationship first.. and be together for at least a longer period of time than in previous seasons. Rose won't be pregnant, Shonda has already said that. SO YEY! no more rose annoying... the plant type device is leaving :) But yeah, Izzie? I don't think so. Unless, her and Alex go at it during season 5. Which would be annoying also, as they have already had their crappy time together. Don't think it would be that exciting to see them together again. Maybe Lexi will fall pregnant if something happens with George? They did kiss in the finale also. Maybe, Adelle? The chief and Adelle made up also. She could be pregnant again for a 2nd time... and nothing bad might happen. Then they can have

-reruns start today it will run through the entire 4th season, season 5 starts September 25th
-it may be that it is meredith or izzie cause the actresses both got married recently so the actresses could acctually be pregnant. but this rumor has been going around a lot so i doubt that
-i bet it is callie, don't want it to be meredith cause it is to soon!! eventually they should have the baby though(maybe end of show last season after married and house)

I don't think meredith is mentally on that level for a baby. She might get pregnant and that might freak her out more and back her into her little dark place because she doesn't want to become like her mother, especially with something so unplanned. It would bring drama, but it would take alot to straighten her out...
It sounds like it could be Callie! She wanted to get pregnant with George and it would be something interesting for the show to have a confused lesbian couple/straight couple baby war, and it would probably calm Sloan down too, especially since the last couple episodes he didn't want to just be a sex object.

please don't say that. that will mess up lives forever. OMG if it was rose? It would certainately be the most shocking and dramatic. But I hopes it's callie too. I like the triangle and it would be fun to see what would happen. MerDer needs to get it together before they are responsible for a human being.

And meredith.. merediths talking about kids, yes, but i think they dont want them yet.. i think they need her to focus on choosing a speciality first or else.. you know, i just have the feeling that a pregnancy would stop or at least slow her down and that so NOT want she needs/we want to see

I think they started filming. i think it was either July 22, or June 22.
Season 5 Starts on September 25, 2008. 91 more days!
