Katherine Heigl Named Most Desirable Woman 06/24/2008

Grey's Anatomy star Katherine Heigl may not be the most popular person on the set, or the show's fan sites, given her recent comments about the hit series. But she was named the world's Most Desirable Woman by Askmen.com!

The remainder of the top 10, as ranked by that website, were Alessandra Ambrosio, Kate Beckinsale, Eva Mendes, Jessica Alba, Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel, Rihanna, Marisa Miller and Adriana Lima. Not shabby company for Katie.

Here is a little photo gallery of Katherine Heigl - as Izzie Stevens and off the Seattle Grace set - in honor of this distinction. Click to enlarge!

These guys obviously don't know what she's like. At face value she is pretty. Then she opens here mouth and it becomes a different story.

meh, i dont really care. Now that we see wat she's really like, and i dont agree with this anyway....'most desirable woman' is sooo not Heigl.

Yep and I am elected Miss Universe :):)

Seriously?! How can she be the most desirable woman? Don't answer that.

KH probably WOULD have to pay to get elected at this point …with her falling popularity. She was Most Desirable when ?? To who ? MOST Desirable for a day or a week ? Big deal. These surveys keep changing. This one is old hat.

KH MOST desirable ??? snark .....to gay men ?? Dime a dozen.
Her acting on the other hand leaves a lot TO BE DESIRED. Who cares about her ordinary looks, when her acting has neither spark nor intensity. Lookswise, there are a million trillion more gorgeous women with classic beauty that would make this one look like a tired ole rag. She should get over being conceited about her looks, less so about her acting. Is not a nice person either....ha ..baking might be her best and only talent 'slong as she's Izzie. KH is soo not in the league of any good actor. Scarlet Johansson, Eva Mendes ?? What an insult to them. KH probably paid to get elected at this point ...with her falling popularity. She ain't even worth standing in the same dressing room with them. She is a fall-flat-on-her-face deadpan dingbat. What she should get elected for : 'Most boring female actor' this decade.

I personally don't see what is so great about her. She doesn't have the depth or personality that Ellen Pompeo, Sandra Oh and Chandra Wilson do. I would love to here more about them, than the ungrateful, whiney Katherine Heigl.

that's old news, and I don't agree ....

I have an indigestion because of toooooo much fuss around his woman 129 subjects on her on this site!!! After all she is NOT the leading character of this show!!!! She wants to be too much in the limelight she is working on my nerves.

I completely agree...she's stunning

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

Lexie: [narrating] Grief may be a thing we all have in common, but it looks different on everyone.
Mark: It isn't just death we have to grieve. It's life. It's loss. It's change.
Alex: And when we wonder why it has to suck so much sometimes, has to hurt so bad. The thing we gotta try to remember is that it can turn on a dime.
Izzie: That's how you stay alive. When it hurts so much you can't breathe, that's how you survive.
Derek: By remembering that one day, somehow, impossibly, you won't feel this way. It won't hurt this much.
Bailey: Grief comes in its own time for everyone, in its own way.
Owen: So the best we can do, the best anyone can do, is try for honesty.
Meredith: The really crappy thing, the very worst part of grief is that you can't control it.
Arizona: The best we can do is try to let ourselves feel it when it comes.
Callie: And let it go when we can.
Meredith: The very worst part is that the minute you think you're past it, it starts all over again.
Cristina: And always, every time, it takes your breath away.
Meredith: There are five stages of grief. They look different on all of us, but there are always five.
Alex: Denial.
Derek: Anger.
Bailey: Bargaining.
Lexie: Depression.
Richard: Acceptance.
