Shannen Doherty shot her first scenes for the new 90210 last week.

People Magazine caught up with one of Doherty's new-costars that day to ask how it's going.

“Shannen Doherty’s first day is right now actually, she’s shooting,” AnnaLynne McCord said. “I can’t wait to meet Shannen, I really like her!”

The actress added that her character, Naomi, resembles Brenda’s frenemy, Kelly Taylor, more than Brenda Walsh herself.

“They kind of made my character a little like the girl who thinks she’s Kelly Taylor: spoiled little rich girl,” said McCord.
