Q: What can you tell us about the Grey's Anatomy premiere?

A: Where things are left off with Alex and Izzie at the end of the season premiere are not indicative as to what lies ahead this season.

A: Yes. And you will see why in the season premiere — she has a weird Dexter-like moment.
