Reportedly, it was a scene cut from episode two of this chapter, but it's safe to assume such a shot will come up again later on season three.
Can you guess why The Haitian might be spotted with Knox, seemingly working side by side?

Didn't the Hatian say, "looks like I've been replaced" when they started using Sylar? Maybe that's why he turned.
