Heroes Details

Heroes is a drama on NBC that focuses on ordinary people that develop extraordinary powers. It premieres on September 25, 2006 and was immediately a critic and fan favorite doe its fast-paced story lines and interesting characters.

The show is styled after various comic books. It uses using short, multi-episode story arcs that eventually progress to a larger, more encompassing arc.

After averaging more viewers in its opening season than any NBC drama in five years, the second season of Heroes was considered a disappoiment; it was also cut short due to the writers' strike. Creator Tim Kring acknowledged the show's missteps in the months between seasons two and three, however.

  • Hayden Panettiere
  • Milo Ventimiglia
