I just watched the episode and I really love it way better than the previous SP
Thanks to the writer for this episode who seems to know each and every character very well especially Christina, Meredith, Alex and Izzie. My favorite moment was when Alex said "hello" to Izzie. I hope it's a turning point for him to be ready for having a relation with someone he seriously in love. I am happy to see more Alex in this episode. He's great with patients I can see that glimmer of compassion and kindness in him.

First of I loved this episode. But, doesn't it feel like its missing something? Yes it was sad that Izzie and George did not get any screen time. I miss the whole friendship arc that they had in season 1 and 2. Now they mainly focus on Meredith and Christina and not Izzie, George, and Meredith. Personally I love Alex and Izzie as a couple, even more than Meredith and Derek. Alex, thats just the type of guy he is. He really likes Izzie but he is afraid that he is not good enough for her and will just hurt her again.The whole Callie-Hahn thing is just getting old. It feels like the writers don't really know what to do with them yet.
The next episode looks amazing!

although i do still love grey's anatomy. I am pissed about not having an Gizzie scenes!!
Come on! Not even one??! It is ridiculous...one moment they are madly in love with one another. and the next...they are absolute strangers!! Did you notice, in this season...george and Izzie has never been together on a single frame?!
Shonda is making it seems so unrealistic, just talk as friends or hang out - is all us Gizzie fans are asking for!
They left them hanging in the air...n now, completely off radar! thats injustice!
Alex is a jerk! As ppl said an abuser of words and he doesn't match Izzie.
George should be happy. I want him to find himself and be stronger! Lexie would make him happy, and i'm starting to fall for Gexie now!! argh. wat is shonda doing to us george fans??!

I am starting to think (and it is just since I watched the episode for the 2nd time) that they cut a lot of George"s personal interaction so that his story was him simply focusing on taking his test again and being devoted to the Chief......which paid off for him in the end when the Chief devoted his time to George. (That doesn't make up for the chief being an @$$ though) Hopefully when George gets his passin results (I am very optimistic) he will be more himself and have opinions on everyone else again....I miss him gossiping!!! I was never a fan of George and Izzie's "sexy love" but I LOVE and MISS the friendship love!!!!!

I am so upset they are giving George the shaft. I miss Gizzie so much. I was warming up to Gexie and now they seem to be going for Mexie. Why? Whay can't George get a real love and keep ehr?
I am sorry but Alex is an abusive *ss, he doesn't deserve Izzie. She and George were so much better.
I tried posting a commenmt on Grtey matter about it but they don,t seem to be posting nay comments asking for more George screen time.
They are totally blocking our comments.

LOVED this episode. Awesome.
Alex is acting like such a jerk. He's so hot & cold it's not even funny.
@ Sabrina: Callica got about 3 minutes of the entire premier and about 3-4 minutes last night. They don't "Get so much" at all.
Totally agree about George getting the shaft. Let him pass his intern test, come out sparkling and get a love interest . . .
I think this episode was FUN. It put me in a good mood- even if there were some sad parts.
Grey's is definitely back to when I started watching it!! Awesome.

I think Alex should shut up and be nice to Iz, because everyone knows he just loves her. He should really stop shagging random females and get into a steady relationship with Izzie.
I dont like Ava. She looked...well, she was okay...but she ruined everything. And Alex went overboard with her. :P
McDreamy, oooh, he's just so hot in this picture, as he is in the others as well. Mer pisses me off sometimes, but she's my second fav gal. Callie is such a !@#$%. Erica looks like a fossil. McSteamy is way too sexy to be described!
I miss Addison! :(
