Get over it Sherri. The gay fans of the show have watched 4 seasons of nothing but the straight lovin - none of them complained! Considering that 10% of any given population is a member of the GLBTQ community, its unrealistic to think that there isn't a single GLBTQ character on the show. So they have one lesbian couple. No big deal. As far as Meredith experimenting in college - ummm, thats not unbelievable. Lots of girls experimented with other girls in college. I can imagine it was an act of defiance against her mother - or something like that.
Sexuality is rarely so cut and dry as many would like it to be. It usually lies somewhere in between.

nice! We finally get a look as to how Meredith was in her college days(!) instead of just taking Ellis Grey's word that Mer was a force of nature.
This season has been very good so far- I can't wait to see more!
