I hope no one tells anyone about this outside this forum--but the best way to find jobs is to investigate jobs on employer websites. This is where most of the jobs are and I found this far more effective than other means.
I started using a research jobs site called Hound that I do not think anyone knows about because it is run by a small company that does not advertise. I
All Hound.com does is show you unadvertised job openings that are not publicly advertised and are located on employer websites.
Very few people realize that most employers post their job on their own sites and not on job boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. because these sites charge employers up to $500 to post a single job. ewww serena and aaron have no chem!!! its disgusting to watch, honestly! the only good thing about thier scenes is the music. i agree that the kiss was so forced. yukkkkkk.

This episode was a waste of time....*zzzzz*
First of all, are we supposed to believe that Blair has a huge 18th birthday bash for all her friends and Chuck wasn't there? Hell even if she didn't invite him we know our guy CB would just show up anyway! Badly written I must say...
But worst the total lack of C&B scenes in this episode was just a CRIME!!!

And hello, why hasn't anyone noticed that Nate has vanished?
I'm sorry but that Aaron looks like a wet sewer rat. He's not cute and has a D-U-L-L personality to boot. That kiss between he and Serena at Time Square was so forced, there were no sparks at all...I don't get the attraction.
The only redeeming moment was the touching scene with Chuck & Bart. You guys are right, CB looks so much like his mom!

Yes, CB action is needed soon. I thought at least he would of called her on her b-day or something. You all are right about their romance dragging out. They will get together but probably not til the finale. Damn, that's too long!

the new episode seems very creepy, VANESSA on top page? such a loser i'm not in the mood to see her begging N again. Jenny was kinda cool for Nate, 'though she really needs to drop that rebel part just for a while. And Dan! What kind of change is on him, acts like teens crying for when i'll have that personality. Aaron Rose, hes definetly hot but ok this is the social obligation part emo, act some 'closed' relationship romance. And B? wheres your womanizer?

poor nate, he has been so boring this entire second season that they had to cut him out from this ep. i miss him sooo much..can't wait for "the magnificent archibalds"..i just love it when the whole gang gets together (serena, blair, chuck and nate).

Well I completly hated this epi..1. No chuck nd blair action..2. Serena can do way better than aaron..3. Dan is a complete dumm ass..3. Jenny's story line sucks!!!!!!!..nd 4. Where was Nate, eric, Lily, and vennesa!!!... oohh nd when aaron did that pic thing 4 serena it totally reminded me of that xmas that her nd dan had..with the fake snow!!!

i can just imagine this alternate storyline where bart confesses to chuck that the reason why he dissuaded him from starting a r/s with blair at the end of season one was coz chuck and blair reminded him too much of his r/s with chuck's mum...
