After last night, Erica Hahn (Brooke Smith) will never return to Grey's Anatomy, while it looks like Denny Duquette (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) will never stop returning to the medical drama despite his character being dead for two and a half years now!

Meanwhile, Cristina is chastised by Owen, but opens up to him at the end, while Derek enlists Mark to try to sleep with Yang so she stops calling Mer. Really.
