Grey's Anatomy Forum: "Rise Up"
After a tumultuous week of news surrounding the departure of Erica Hahn (Brooke Smith), the drama will play out in one way or another on Grey's Anatomy tonight at 9 p.m.
In "Rise Up," Izzie has a shocking realization as the patient she stole Denny's heart from returns. Hahn is upset - and supposedly Denny makes another appearance as well.
Elsewhere, Derek turns to an unusual source for advice - Bailey - when Cristina interferes with his and Meredith, and the residents fight tooth and nail for a big solo surgery.

George is the only real man on the show. All the other guys are losers.
I want Gizzie back. They were the one hot beautiful couple on the show, and I am not watching until I do.

The only reason I guess people were mentioning Alex was because the person two comments above said George was too immature to steal dead corpses, are you kidding me? What those three did with the corpses was disgusting and immature. George was the only one who did what he was told and put all his soul and heart into it, which makes him a much better doctor and employee and person than them.
And yeah George cheated on his wife but he was drunk and felt very guilty. Alex slept with a married woman whose husband was a sweetie and felt no guilt at all. People keep forgetting the Ava thing.

EI've read several comments now where people seem to be blaming only Alex for the corpse stealing, but Cristina and Meredith were both happy to get in elbow deep when they stumbled across them! I bet Cristina just wishes she had thought of it first! And it wasn't even Alex who took them in the first place, it was Lexie! (Granted, for slightly more favourable reasons than Alex, but still, doesn't make her much better than he is)
Yet, despite all this... No-one seems to have commented on how disgraceful and unrespectful Cristina, Meredith or Lexie were...

When will the Gizzie haters get that we do not just miss the romance, we miss the friendship too. None of the couples you mentioned were best frinds before and had their frindship totally murdered and ignored.
As for showing you respect and letting you enjoy AI, when did you ever let us enjoy Gizzie, a couple we waited for as long as you waited for your couple. Why were we not allowed the respect you now ask of us.
Everyone knew this was a robot but they were instructed to act like they were real people. That was the job. Alex was too immature to do the job asked of him and decided instead to steal corpses of people who died and play games with them. That is pretty sick. Those were human beings he was messing with, people who had loved ones and family. George did not fit in there, you are right, not because he is too immature but because he is too decent a human being to use human beings to advance himself in his career and to have sick thrills out of it. Some fan asking why George wasn't in that dead people room. I think he didn't suit there. He has no reason to be in there. I mean his character is way too different, immature compared to the other resident. He even believed that the robot has that kinda intelligent to communicate with people. I think Alex knew about the hidden camera and he left the room. Poor George.

It seems that no matter who Izzie is with, there are some people who are very strongly opposed.
Anyway, I DO call myself a Gizzie fan.
I am not a fan of AI.
However, I am a fan of George, a fan of Izzie and a fan of Alex.
I do not want to point fingers and hate at anyone.
and Right now I don't even want to talk about the fact that I don't like AI together.
I simply want to be heard...
George & Izzie were best friends. That didn't just disappear-- it does not make any sense. As a GREYS FAN, I would like to see more of George & Izzie's friendship.
Come on, Shonda.

Totally agree Julz - to me, the AI haters are the worst - they go on about how the AI lovers spam polls, but yet it's ok for them to leave extremely irate, often bordering on abusive messages!
I respect everyone has an opinion, but it would be nice if they could be expressed in a more polite and civilised manner!
If I had a £ for all the times I've read the word "puke" or "sick" on here in relation to that couple, I'd be a a lot richer...
People seem to get really angry about Alex and Izzie...they seem to conveniently forget he is not the first and will not be the last person on the show to treat someone they care about like crap!
George CHEATED on his WIFE!
Cristina treated Burke like crap for months!
Derek pretty much called Meredith a WHORE in S2, and in this season was a COMPLETE jerk with the whole clinical trial thing, for not thinking she deserved credit!

Please, just STOP, I loved this page until this whole thing came up and this is just soo ridiculouz, come on, I ADORE Grey's but it is just a show, so how can one be so damn into this, to fight about sth like that all day, this is so boring ppl...
I feel sorry for the Gizzie fans and comments like the ones Laura postet are just mean und useless, you are right, we have free speech and everybody should be able to say what he thinks.
