Mary Delgado - who was arrested last year for punching out her fiance, The Bachelor star Byron Velvick, after Thanksgiving - was busted Saturday for public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at a bar in Del Rio, Texas.

The place called the cops because Mary Delgado refused to leave the bar, saying it's her "constitutional right" to stay there as long as she wanted.

WHACK JOB: The Bachelor Season Six final rose recipient Mary Delgado is nuts. Well, maybe not literally crazy, but she loves to get drunk and break $h!t.

Mary became "loud and belligerent" while being transported to jail, kicking the radio inside the squad car. Always the way to guarantee a quick release.

Delgado was released after Byron Velvick posted bail for reasons unknown.
