I think its cos Vanessa is kinda of a tomboy and she doesnt spend her money on make-up!

Jessica looks incredible here :/ I think it has a little to do with the amount of light portrayed in this picture that makes her glow. ALSO, it's the smile. I've never seen Vanessa smile like that.

i no i think they make her ugly in the show on purpose or the makeup artist is jealous of her one or the other. :P
