Well, it's probably TR but if you think about it-who would blame him? With everything TR went through in Season Three, I would think it wasn't the best work environment either.

Bonar you made me laugh through my tears. It is unfair that everyone has acted out but TR is expected to be the good little gay boy or else.
TR is not expandable. He is a character many of us love and adore and watch this show for.
I really hope that this site does what BuddyTv did and call ABC to task over this.

So it's not just me who think it's George...yeah TR Knight seems like a really nice guy but I think the Isaiah Washington thing got a little out of hand, he would have been great but McKidd's Hunt is not too bad either for Christina.

Mark has a story. George doesn't. God if they fire TR, I will be heartbroken or just die or something.

I love George, but I must admit that I started to be afraid for Mark. He's like the best for me. But his role got really really bigger so it can't be him. REALLY GOT ME SCARED :D

My guess is TR has complained RIGHTLY so about the disgusting way they treated Brooke and they are trying to scare him into behaving and shutting his mouth.
That is despicable. A part of me thinks TR deserves better than the crappiest show on TV but if he leaves, I want it to be HIS decision.
When he leaves, I definitely stop watching.

I love TR and George and I believe in him. I despise Grey and TPTB for making out vicious lies about him just because they want to get rid of him. If they want to do it, do it like men not cowards.
I watch for George so his last day will be mine.

My guess is TR complained about the way they treated Brooke so they are punishing him by calling him a diva and firing him.
Shows do't take kindly to getting criticized for their bad decisions.
KH is their big star so they can't fire her but they did punish her. She said the writing sucked so they gave her the stupidest story in TV history.
Instead of facing that their writing sucks lately and that wheat they did to Brooke was despicable, they are punishing their actors.
I would hate working on this show. They treat you like dirt.
If they do fire TR for having the guts to call them on their sh*t, I am so gone.
George s the ONLY thing I care about on Grey.

I don't know Yang maybe for the same reason you believe IW walks on water when everyone said he was a complete bastard and everyone on the cast admitted they were happy he got fired. But we actually have a lot more going on to prove TR is a good guy. His journalists, his castmates, all the fans that met him have said what a modest, sweet amazing guy he was. The people who worked on prop 8 with him said how tireless he was and how he didn't have one arrogant bone in his body. Even the gossip rags said TR was the nicest person on set several times.
Kristen called TR the nicest, least arrogant person she knows a few months back.
Everyone has only good things to say about him while someone like Patrick Dempsey keeps having nasty storeis printed about him.
So hey maybe we believe all we ehard before from so many varied sources and find it weird that suddenly when they want to get rid of him, those nasty things surfaced about him that ahd never been out before.

George is the heart and soul of Grey and the one reason I watch. If he leaves, that will be the last straw for me.
And there is no way I am stupid enough like some people here to believe any of this garbage about my sweet TR.

Oh eys Monique, you would believe TR is being an ass on set and why? Has there ever been any report of TR being anything but a complete sweetie? No. There has been plenty of PD is a total diva, KH is a total bitch reports on the National Enquirer and such yet there has never been a word or any bad rumor about TR until now, now that they just fired a gay character and have reduced the one gay actor's time dramatically and now that proposition 8 has just passed. But you don't find it weird at all, what, you think it is a total coincidence that an actor whose castmates have always liked, and which every journalist has always called humble and sweet suddently turns diva right now.
I always thought Grey had pretty shallow stupid fans but I did think they had a hint of intelligence. It doesn't look that way, and boy are you guys easy to manipulate.
I see here that a few people do have some brains, thank God.
As for the person who hints George doesn't bring the ratings, well I watch

Isn't TR the guy who organized the good medicine event to raise money fro the crew affected by the strike? Yeah that sounds like such a diva.
If the sources mentioned by Kristen weren't planted (you guys do know false rumors get planted by the network, right?), it might just be that TR thinks like Katie and Patrick did that the quality of the script lately sucks, and hey pretty much everyone thinks so. I would have complained too if I had to play that crap. It doesn't make you a diva, it makes you honest. And at least he did it with them, privately not publicly. Both Katie and PD bashed the writing of the show multiple times and very publically and didn't get fired.
It was later revealed Isaiah had been a diva and hated by his castmates for many years but he only got fired after he humiliated them publically.
So why should TR get punished for not liking his scriopt when many other people on this show acted that way before and ahd no consequences? It seems like quite a convenie

If ABC isn't stupid, they won't fire TR because he does draw in a lot of viewers.
I really doubt Derek is as popular as people think.MerDeer has been a couple this season and the ratings were down.
Gizie actually got better ratings for the show.
Most f the people I know think Derek is a douchebag and I have heard so many times that PD is a total diva and douchebag too.
TR I heard is a total sweetie, and George is probably the most popular guy on the show.
I was at the Emmys two years back and I can tell you TR got mobbed by twice more fans than PD. On BuddyTV they also had a poll on doctor you love miost and George beat Derek.
I would watch without Derek, I won't watch without George.
Plus Ass said the person wasn't loved by his castmates. Well TR is probably the most social actor on Grey and hangs out with all his castmates and they love him. Ellen Pompeo called him her little brother.
Obviously he can't be the guy Ass talks about.
George leaves and so do I.
