Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery Watch More Hoops
Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo, a big basketball fan, and husband Chris Ivery rocked matching aviator shades as they headed over to the Staples Center to watch their hometown Los Angeles Lakers take on the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday in downtown L.A.
The 39-year-old Grey’s Anatomy leading lady and her music producer hubby of a little over a year can’t seem to get enough of the Lakers - although both are Massachusetts natives and actually fans of the rival Boston Celtics, who topped L.A. in last year's finals.
They live in Los Angeles now, though, so it's the next best thing. Courtside tickets are always nice. Here's a nice photo of the happy couple en route to the game ...

a smile? I bet I wouldn't always be smiling if people were always shoving cameras in my face and trying to talk to me while I tried to go about the normal aspects of my life. To a pointI know that they know what they are signing up for going in, but I know it would annoy the hell out of me to have papparazzi stalking me 24/7. Besides, no one is happy all the time. BTW cc - I love her shoes too. Go Celtics!

is it really that warm in the us this time a year that you can wear only a t-shirt? in january? cool. I thought I lived in the same latitude, but i guess i'm not because it's only like 1 degrees celcius where i live

ahhhh Ellen!!! wow she loks short for some reason in this pic but in real life shes 5'7and 1/2 inch so idk lol maybe Chris is just really tall lol!!

Ellen doesn't look very happy. But with all these paparazzis running around, she does have a good reason for it.
Btw, I love her shoes!
