Q: So Grey's Anatomy's Derek has got his mother's ring. Now what?
A: Dude needs to unload it and quick, I'd say! Instead (sigh), he will hold onto it long enough for virtually every Seattle Gracer - Meredith Grey excluded, of course - to learn of the bauble's being and in turn offer their two cents on when and how he should pop the Q. Will Der stick to his original plan? And if so, does it involve a meticulously crafted arrangement of candles?

NOTHING COULD MAKE ME SO HAPPY THAN FOR THE PROPOSAL TO HAPPEN EVEN MORE WITH MEREDITH SAYING "YES"...BUT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT "GREYS ANATOMY HERE" - REMEMBER - DARK AND TWISTY - I WANT HER TO SAY YES - BUT THEN ALSO - I WANT MORE FROM MER/DER RELATIONSHIP GROWING AND ACTUALLY MAKING IT...SOMETHING THAT I COULD LOOK FORWARD INTO EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE HEADING FOR THE ALTAR---

Im scared Meredith is going to say no because where can the show possibly go after they are married? babies?! i just dont know... i love them and want them to get married but at the same time they have to make it good while theyre married, and not let the show dry out... and the same time.. im SICK of them breaking up!

PDR patient is gone, no drama. the end of episode "stairway to heaven" extremely emotional- but derek isn't going to leave mer just because they have different beliefs.. he's gonna listen to his mom.

I hope that Derrick proposes but I have a feeling that there will be a big blowup between he and Mer once he finds out what she did for the PDR patient. I want them to end up together so bad, but I have doubts that Shonda will throw a wrench in that

I just saw a sneak peak from the episode airing tonight in which Derek asks Cristina if he should reset the ring to make it more modern. It's cute how he is trying to mend the friendship between the two.
