OMG What the hell is going on here?! This is sooo exciting... As much as I love Derek he sounds like an ass on the preview and now he's ruining Marc's perfect face too. Deffo something to do with the abortion story, I don't think he would react that way over Lexie.

I dunno guys, what with all the freaky stuff going on with the writers having the occasional brain fart, maybe Derek is smacking the hell out of Mark because Mark took the last twinkie in the cafeteria. Who knows.

Well,I guess it is Meredith related. Derek wouldn't react like that if it was some stupid thing (at least I hope so). But also,hasn't anyone noticed that Mark punches Derek,too? Maybe he starts the fight or something and Derek only defends himself. Maybe Der says/does something that hurts Addison and Mark hits him for that. I don't know. Anyway, I can't wait for Thursday ^^

May be Don Juan(Mark)jokingly has mantioned that he has been in Meredith bedroom yet and has put rose under her pillow (just to sign in her guest book).
Nevermatter it was good boxing and more ice to both of them!

I think saira has an interesting angle. I had forgotten about the abortion and it did cause Addison some pain and the fact that neither of them ever told Derek...it could cause Derek to snap especially if it is just after the operation on Jen. I think it will definitely be something from the past and not to do with Mark and Lexie

I think Derek has been getting increasingly annoyed and maybe now even angry about Mark blurting out to everybody that he is going to propose to Meredith. However, Mark only told Addison to cover his a.. so that Derek wouldn't know about him and Lexie. It can't only be Lexie related.
I feel that Mark and Derek's friendship isn't really that solid and it is definitely not balanced. Mark shouldn't have to worry about his friend's approval of a girlfriend. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.
