Actually, it tells you nothing. Which was kind of the point.
Izzie Stevens was diagnosed with anemia in a previous episode - then learned last night that it was a filing error and she likely suffers from something worse. Which we already knew, since Shonda Rhimes herself is all about Grey's Anatomy spoilers these days. She kind of sucks.
Anyway, last night's episode of Grey's Anatomy concluded the Private Practice crossover event, with Addison heading back to L.A. It also involved Derek and Mark in a fist fight.
