Grey's Anatomy

Last night on Grey's Anatomy, Mark and Lexie's relationship progressed, but reached a crossroads of sorts. The same was true of Bailey's career after an unexpected incident.

Callie was told by Arizona that there would be people lining up when she's ready (one in particular), and right as he was about to propose to Mer, Derek got a call from Addison.
