Last night on Grey's Anatomy, we learned a bit about Derek's past as Addison, Archer, Sam and Naomi descended on Seattle Grace. But it wasn't all a fun med school reunion.
Everybody battled to treat Archer's devastating condition. They dodged a bullet as McDreamy came through in the clutch - but his other, pregnant patient may not be so lucky.
Elsewhere, Owen was confronted by his ex-fiancee (and Cristina), Alex worried about Izzie's health and pondered his own future after noticing troubling signs, and Sadie left.

I loooved the crossover. And I looooved the song mcDreamy wrote for Addison. It really touched me.
But I think Derek was still kinda rude to Addison, and she doesn't deserve that! she was really sweet to him. i think he's a fool to let addison go.
I just hope that Addison comes back to Seattle, it was so much better when she was around. I hope she and McSteamy end up. I just miss her SO much, i could die.
And i would like more Callie!!!!!!

I was so glad to see more of my George. He was so amazing this episode. I love how he tried to help Sadie and then when the *itch wouldn't accept help, he gave her up. The girl is dangerous.
I laughed so hard when he was all like whoot-whoot, hi hi, TR is hillarious.
I really hope we see more of him and that he and Izzie have scenes together again.
I LOVE Crowen so so so much.
I hate Mehxie Molestie Groane more than ever. Them trying to be all sexy just made me sick. I want Mallie.

I 100% agree with the Callie girl on girl haters (OK, maybe hate is a strong word...SERIOUSLY dislike). We don't need this shoved down our throats. Its forced, and Callie is wasted on these stupid storylines! Come on Grey's, we all know you can do better than this and we don't need to see girl on girl action! Seriously!

and honestly, i love everything the GA producers are doing right now except:
1) callie. give that girl a break and stop shoving her with every girl that comes along.
2) dixon...what's the point of her even being there?

I feel like this Callie-Arizona thing is a bit forced, too quick. The kiss in the bathroom when they don't even know each other and now Callie praying for Arizona's attention? It doesn't seem genuine to me. I think they artificially create some lesbian action to prove that Hahn wasn't let off because of her sexuality.
And I like Mark and Lexie more and more.

Like most people in this thread I REALLY REALLY loved this episode!! I thought there were a lot of great things about it and I LOVE seeing Addison back at Seattle Grace too.
I'm hoping this weeks episode includes some more Callie & Arizona scenes and more George. I LOVE CALLIE!!

OK, random thoughts about this weeks show. First off, I was super excited about the crossover "event" and felt very let down by the time the two hours were up. I seemed like it was forced and the storylines were mediocre. This coming week doesn't seem nearly as appealing if its like this epi.
However, I was very pleased to see Sadie go and the conversation between Mer and Sadie. Mer is happy where she is. She doesn't want to leave. Finally, Mer is showing us she's growing up, making choices for herself, knows (somewhat) what she wants and doesn't run at the drop of a hat anymore. She wants to stick.
About Mer feeling like she doesn't know Der. People have pasts. We all come from somewhere and have a story. We don't really know much about any of the characters pasts before they walked into SGH. Mer needs to realize whatever happened in Der's past (that makes her feel like she doesn't know him) made him who he is. The man she loves today. When Sadie came to SGH she b
