Wait, you already knew Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl) had a brain tumor or something along those lines? From when the Grey's Anatomy producers effectively released that spoiler, like, months ago? You're kidding! Where did we miss that?

Just kidding. We've been waiting for this to be formally unveiled for a long time is all, and wonder if leaking spoilers and telling us we "have to watch," yet dragging out story lines for months after they should've run their course is the best marketing strategy.

Oh, but McDreamy is apparently quitting his job, having lost faith in himself over numerous patient deaths, on the next new episode. That's new at least!
