More Grey's Anatomy Spoilers For Crossover Episode(s)
After yesterday's Grey's Anatomy spoilers galore from EW, E! Online is following suit with some interesting tidbits, rumors and items for speculation. See below and comment away!
Q: Could we have some Owen and Cristina scoop for the upcoming episode of Grey's Anatomy? And not that the ex-fiancée is coming back, because we're all over that, seriously.
A: Yeah, the ex stirs up a little drama, but Cristina and Owen have the sexiest exchanges in the hospital in Thursday's episode before she shows up. Now, it's not the crazy sex you're dying for, but your heart will melt watching this scene none the less.
In other romance news, Derek gets within an inch of proposing to Meredith Grey, but an urgent phone call from Addison - about, like, her brother Archer's brain tumor - takes precedence and ends that initiative. Priorities, people, priorities!
Q: Any scoop on the fate of Izzie? Is she dying? I hope not. I love her on that show!
A: This week, Izzie (Katherine Heigl) finally gets proactive in figuring out what's wrong with her, using the interns to run every test imaginable without their knowledge. The tests show up clear, but here's the kicker: There may very well have been a mix-up, and Izzie could very well be dying. The good news for you Denny haters? Either way, Denny will be gone for good soon, as Jeffrey Dean Morgan is leaving the show to shoot a new movie with Hilary Swank called Resident.
Q: Is Addison going to hook up with McDreamy?
A: Survey says: No!
Q: Anything on the Private Practice side of the crossover?
A: It turns out Archer's tumor is a lot more serious than anyone imagined. It's not a tumor at all - he has parasites on the brain. Archer refuses treatment until he cannot make the decision for himself, which is when Addison, Archer and Naomi fly off to Seattle.

This makes no sense. Why transport a critically ill man 1000 miles when a perfectly healthy neurosurgeon can travel to LA? Besides, there must be 1000 perfectly competent neurosurgeons in Southern California, so why do they even need Derek?

The first crossover event was pure false advertisement, just to keep audience glued to the TV for more commercials. I mean, does ABC think the audience is really that stupid? The only scenes that connected both shows was Derek's cell phone ringing at the end of Grey's Anatomy and then Addison calling Derek almost at the end of Private Practice episode. For 2 hours I waited patiently and expected to see some action... So disappointing. Guess what? I'm not wasting my time again on Feb 12th.

My whole family is in the medical field. When the show first started the characters were quirky enough to be interesting. We all watched it, knowing it wasn't at all true to life, but it was fun. Now there are just too many psycho characters. A line has been crossed. Maybe in CA people are like this (doubtful) but the rest of the country is not. Enough with the psych intern cutting herself...does anyone get that this shows a serious personality disorder?....and last night, we all said enough with the lesbian love scenes, I really think we will quit watching...it's not fun anymore. Just weird.

I highly doubt that Addison is ruining everything....She isn't trying to get with Derek she is more concerned with her Dying brother. And Grey's will still be its own episode it looks like Private Practice is the cross over tonight....
