This episode was pretty good, but I think it sucked big time that Addie and Derek didn't talk to each other.
THeir fighting in the OR was amzingly done and while I was watching the rest of the show I was always waiting for a final talked between the two of them. The closure for this patient/operation thing between Addie and Derek was missing.
