I hope the wedding is MerDer but I,m afraid its going to be someone else. They usually twist things around. I saw the PD interview and he said they would be a proposal,already filmed that. When pressed about the wedding he said their would be a union between MerDer but did,nt use the word wedding.

Considering Shonda usually doesn't tell them anything that is happening too far in advance, and they still are a fair way from finishing this season, I doubt they would be giving away spoilers for next season. When PD said this year, I think he was implying this year of programming that we are in- this season. Just my take on it...

A wedding before season's end, somehow I'm going to doubt its meredith and Derek. I was thinking it might be Mark and Lexie but that would be beyond cheezy. I totally agree with the others thinking its going to be a Alex and Izzie wedding. It make since hmm who knows, I guess we'll just have to keep guessing.

So we have seen the jump of ring in the grass. Looking forward for
the diary discoveries and fish surgeries. We expect Meredith pregnancy and no proposal even at the end of the season. I hope that Richard will spank Derek for all that mess.
And Meredith should have twins: white boy and black girl.

I have to say I enjoyed the scene in a twisted way ! It was great the role switch for Derek and Meredith it was beautifully acted by PD and EP. Meredith was great but I do wish she had'nt left in the end. Just hope that Mc Dreamy's proposal rocks, God it feels like forever since he was about to propose .

I loved the scene. Yes Mer physically left but she knew staying there wasn't going to solve anything. She's still there, she'll be back she's not giving up on him and once he's done being upset (rightfully so) he will realize that she will be standing there when he's done being upset. I was so happy that Mer didn't react the way I did, for the record.

Wish i saw the episode! At lease i have 2 wait 1 freaking week than all of u. I do believe that there'll b a weeding! Since the 5th season gettin blur...i've no idea why Shonda have 2 make it complicated. PD was really gud 2 play his scenes in d last 2 episodes. But why then he's d 1 who ran away? Hope there'll be appologizing scene between MerDer...euwh cant hardly wait!:-S

Derek's gonna propose to Meredith and there's gonna be a wedding at the end of the year. That's what Patrick Dempsey said during the interview.

i think the scene was great but wish mer hadn't left, when he was asking her to go and she said no i was gutted when she finally game in and left as i felt it was symbolic that she always walks away from problems and commitments but this time she was staying because she was in it for the long term

Hey did any1 think mayb mark nd lil grey will get married cause lexie is very forward. I hope da proposal isnt in da next epi cause that'll jus b 2 rushed cause i mean der still needs 2 apologise 2 mer. But mayb he wont even cause he doesnt always say sorry like when he called a whore. But i no da proposal is gonna b absolutely special hey. But sum say mer might propose but thats reali jus 2 unromantic. Der must b da 1 2 propose in a REALLY mcdreamy WAY

Patrick said in the ABC interview that he hopes derek gets past his dark and twisty times and moves on with mer. He's says something like " I wanna see them move on and get married and then see what happens next in season 6" That sounds like they will get married and season six will be what happens after the marriage....I'm all for a McBaby though...that would be an awesome union!

ooooooo..... the next episode is gonna be awesome!!!! i think the chief and callie will visit derek (remeber the picture of callie, richard and derek in his trailer?) and they'll notice the ring and give it to him back....
as for izzie and alex....although im an AI fan, i have to say i cant reallly picture them getting married, coz izzie is probably going to die...
but maybe thats coz im just so excited about merder!!!

Omg sidious...that would be the cutest thing ever if she did do that! I was so proud of Mer last week but I think I would just about burst with pride if she did that...I think that would show Derek once and for all that she isn't going anywhere and she is actually taking a proactive step in cementing their relationship. I think Derek will regret what went down no matter what, so that doesn't bother me.

I think it would be great to see a surprise guest at the wedding- Isaiah Washington as a groomsmen! Plus, it would cause tension between him and Christina/Owen which would provide another very interesting story line for the show.

Many fans are saying that in the interview of PD, he talks about the proposal, but he does not affirm if mer accepts, he does not affirm if her answer is 'yes'.
what you think? Do you think that the answer of mer is going to be YES?
excuse my question and english, but with those negative comments specially after the last episode, I was confused, since my first language is not English, I´m afraid of having not understood correctly the interview
