Disgruntled T.R. Knight's long-rumored exit from Grey's Anatomy appears to be coming to fruition - and the event that puts into motion Dr. George O'Malley's departure from Seattle Grace is a direct homage to Season One, when he famously upstaged cocky Alex Karev!

Meanwhile, a possibly-dying Izzie (actress Katherine Heigl's fate is still up in the air) decides to give Meredith and Derek the wedding she will never have the chance to have.

Or will she? And is Izzie's death even a foregone conclusion at this point? Some theorize that Heigl has pulled a 180 and now wants to stay. Could her cancer be cured yet?
