Thatcher Grey (Jeff Perry) is a bit of a drag. That's putting it as mildly as we can.

So when he returns to Grey's Anatomy on April 30, will the father of Meredith and Lexie Grey cause more angst and turmoil, or will he actually (gasp) bring the half-sisters closer?
