Even if we saw the wedding plot twist coming, the 100th episode of Grey's Anatomy did not disappoint, as it provided some of the most poignant scenes in recent memory.

When Derek discovered a new, and probably inoperable tumor on Izzie's brain, he and Bailey decided that this was definitely a day for a dream wedding - Izzie's, to Alex.

The show's biggest fans and ardent critics alike will have a hard time finding anything wrong with this one - even if Meredith and Derek's nuptials had to be postponed.
