Lea Michele Dishes on Glee Character

Lea Michele starred in a number of Broadway plays while in high school, most notably the Tony Award-winning Spring Awakening.

In a new interview, the actress - who portrays overachieving, fame-obsessed student Rachel Berry on Fox's new series, Glee - spoke on embracing her new role:

"I know I’m a theater girl, but I fell in love with the script so much, fought for it and now here I am! It’s kind of ridiculous. I still have moments at least twice a day when I’m like, 'This is amazing, I can’t believe this. I’m so happy!'"

Lea Michele plays a key role on Glee.
