Meredith-Derek Wedding on For Thursday?
Derek and Meredith's decision to postpone their dream wedding ceremony and instead give it to their ailing friend who planned it, Izzie Stevens, was selfless and wonderful.
But as emotional and poignant as the conclusion of "What a Difference a Day Makes" was, it does beg the follow-up question: Will MerDer still tie the knot, and when?
According to their wedding website on The Knot (check it out if you haven't before), it's all good - the big day has simply been moved back a week to Thursday, May 14!
A screen cap of the site showing the revised wedding date (and a cute picture of the couple!) appears below. So cross your fingers for MerDer season finale nuptials!

NO WEDDING FOR MER-DER! If they marry them off there goes a huge underlying story line that keeps us coming back. After all it is Grey's Anatomy. No, I still say Rose walks in carrying Derek's baby and we will all go to be tonight very upset. Better to watch the hockey and basketball finals folks and catch the recap afterwards.

No way Derek will be in an accident, Shonda promised MerDer fans will be happy with the finale. So, if not the wedding (which I doubt... 2 weddings in 1 season?... don't think so) then a baby would be GREAT! And it's still Monday... :(

Hunt's Mom is going to be in episode--maybe she wants him to
come home---and he is asking Christina to either come
with him or give him a reason to stay at SG---supposedly
they are going to have a happier ending....
