Everyone I talk to keeps freaking out that George and Izzie are definately dead, but they're obviously forgetting about Meredith walking around in the "in-between" for 3 episodes in season 3. They could still come back. I think they'll talk then Izzie will come back or the elevator doors will just close and she'll come back.

All I can say is OMG!!! WOW! I couldnt fall asleep after the show! It was an absolutley amazing ending! Sad, but good! Somehow I missed the 007 remark earlier so when he wrote 007 in her hand and he she said OMG, I was like, WHAT?? WHO?? HUH?? Made it even more intense for me when she screamed it was O'Malley! And then Izzy....is she leaving or isnt she? I've heard T.R. definitely was but I've been hearing she was wishy washy. But I hope they dont "kill" O'Malley off....I'm hoping they save him and he has to go away for some extensive rehab or something, that way he can come back if he ever wants too. I did find it quite strange that his best friend was having this possible deadly surgery and he just decided to leave and go into the Army. That's not like George. He really cared about Izzy. So I guess I should have figured it was him at the beginning.
And I agree with "Maddiexoxo"'s comment, I think the MerDer union was perfect! So them!
GREAT SEASON FINALE SHONDA!! Way to go!! :o)

Seriously ? Seriously ? Seriously ? Seriously ?
This is cruel. This is wrong. They really don't want to give us something ?! An answer, guys ! Ohh, I'm tired of this. It was sad. Sad. And nobody should let sad people alone without any further explanation.
Seriously ?

I totally agree with Maddiexoxo and jay! Although the finale provided more questions than answers and although it really breaks my heart that I'd have to wait for MONTHS before the new season starts, I really loved this season. I think this is one season that would pave the way for all characters to go somewhere, whether they're facing emotional-life-altering pitchforks or actual-life-threatening ones (in George and Izzie's case).
Probably the best thing that I loved though at the end of this season (as I've always been a MerDer fan) is that Mer really got somewhere.. it's like she's come full circle, from the girl who woke up naked on her living room floor (or couch, courtesy of a one night stand) from Episode 1 of Season 1 to the emotionally stable, believes-that-she'll-survive-whatever-crisis-she's-dealt-with, optimistic-about-the-future girl that we all saw in the Season 5 finale. And all I can say is that I get why this show's undoubtedly called Grey's Anatomy from that.

2 hours of gutwrenching, lovely, making me giddy, cutting my heart out, making me laugh, making me drown myself in tears, making me totally freak out, making me totally squeee.. amazingness...
Plus... MerDer union was brilliant. So them. So unique. Perfection!
