Ever since Ellen Pompeo announced her pregnancy, one of the burning Grey's Anatomy questions has been whether the fall season will feature a pregnant Meredith Grey.

She and Derek are married after all, so it's not that big a stretch, is it?

However, new intel from the set of the show suggests it's not likely.

On the flip side, other sources aren't so sure about that, with the rationale that the odds are currently "about even" that when the show returns, 5-6 months will have elapsed in the Shondaland universe since the fifth season finale took place.

That would mean ample time for Meredith to be pregnant. And for George to have had plastic surgery and resemble an entirely different actor. Just kidding. Kind of.
