Real Housewives, Real Trouble: Hard Time for Kelly Bensimon, End of the Line for Jeana Keough?

at .

A pair of Real Housewives are facing real problems already this week.

First, Kelly Bensimon has been ordered to two days of community service for beating up her ex-boyfriend, Nicholas Stefanov, in an apartment attack in March.

Outside court today, The Real Housewives of New York City star said she only protected her family and "justice was served." Inside, the judge ruled that Kelly can't harm or threaten her former flame in any way.

Bensimon's misdemeanor assault charges will be erased if she completes her service and keeps out of trouble for a year.

Jeana Keough, meanwhile, may be out of reality TV... forever!

When asked about her family's status on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Keough's daughter Kara told E! News: "We haven't started filming yet and I believe the other Housewives have begun to film."

What's the holdup?

"It's just about agreeing to terms and signing contacts and deadlines," Kara said, while her mother has confirmed this account:

"We had a dispute due to deadlines and they need to settle it," Jeana said. "I think it would be their loss. I didn't ask for anything too extraordinary."

I’m writing in the paper that Kingfisher is on the verge of bankruptcy … which it is. The next morning, I get slapped with two lawsuits from Natey Flint. He takes out a liable suit against the Sunrise Herald and a one-million-dollar liable suit against me.

Stacey: Do you know of any fires in this area?
Frank Kovick: There was one in ’41.
Stacey: There was one in ’41? Where?
Frank Kovick: In Sunrise.
Stacey: Sunrise…
Frank Kovick: It was huge, it destroyed most of the town.
Stacey: Really?!
Frank Kovick: Founders Day fire. They called it the “Miracle Fire” because nobody died.
