Katherine Heigl Brings The Ugly Truth to UK
Co-stars Gerard Butler and Katherine Heigl brought their hit comedy The Ugly Truth to London on Tuesday night with a huge red-carpet premiere across the Atlantic.
Luckily for fans who turned out, Katherine Heigl seemed to have gotten over her camera-shy attitude from earlier in the week, as the Grey’s Anatomy star cut loose and enjoyed herself.
Katherine signed autographs and took photos with fans.

Thanks for posting those pics. I do wonder though why you didn't post the ones from USA with Kate, Justin and TR. She and TR had tons of cute photos at the premiere.

I was looking at some pictures from this premiere and it looks like to me she has a bit of a baby bump. I could be wrong though. Maybe I just want her to have a baby bump...haha. Check it out though. There are a a few so look at em all. Maybe it's just the way she's standing but idk...

Katie isn't camera shy and always poses for fans and signs pics. She did hundreds at the London premiere. I just imagine when you get the paps on your case as often as she does sometimes a little privacy is nice. I mean they say such nasty things about her at times you can hardly blame her.
