Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: The. Season. That. Changes. Everything.

If there's one thing Shonda Rhimes and a deluge of spoilers have made abundantly clear about the new season of Grey's Anatomy, it's that George's death is, like, really sad.

But if there's a second thing that's clear, is that ... nothing else is clear.

With the show writing off mainstays Katherine Heigl and Ellen Pompeo for significant periods of time, and bidding farewell to T.R. Knight altogether, what's next this season?

Well, from what we've been hearing - including in quotes from Chandra Wilson (below) herself - that's not the end of it. Layoffs and mergers will bring in some new blood and mean the end of Seattle Grace as we know it. But who comes and who goes?
