"I Saw What I Saw": What Did You Think?
When the Mercy West doctors descended on Seattle Grace in last week's "Invasion," there was no love lost between our old standbys and their job-hungry competitors.
What we saw then paled in comparison to this evening, though.
In a chaotic ER scene, disaster strikes and there is plenty of blame to go around, compounding the already-rising tension in a turbulent environment. At times, it got ugly.
The truth came out eventually, and someone dearly paid the price.
Did you see that turn of events coming, or were you surprised?
What did you think of tonight's Grey's Anatomy in general?
Our recap of "I Saw What I Saw" will be posted soon. In the meantime, tell us how you felt about the episode by commenting and voting in the Insider survey below.

I agree with nelson410 and iheartkarev, I have a feeling too, that Reed is going to make a move on Alex, now that he is hurting and his wife left him. I noticed the way she looked at him last episode the 'you are hot, I want you look'. She said something about Alex in an interview!!
About Jackson, I don't know how I feel about that. I think it will be interesting storyline and it will be focused Chief/Mer/Jackson and we will able to see how Meredith will deal with it now that she is strong, happy and grown as a character. But at the same time there are so much going on with the chief and the hospital right now.

I am so looking forward to Meredith being a doc at the hospital again.
I had wondered about Jackson being the chief/Ellis G's son. But I don't think it's needed as a plot line, cos the chief has so much going on. I think it is a false trail, several of those have been laid by Shonda in the past

I agree with you nelson410... had the same bad feeling about the way Reed looked at him in the whole episode!!! Hope it´s just a bad feeling, cause it will suck if she and Alex have somthing!!!

I think that Jackson may turn out to be Meredith's half brother.
Any thoughts?

I have a bad feeling about Reed and her getting it on with Alex. When he cut that ladys throat "going in blind" - she gave him this heroic look.

It's not fair. i think April's mistake is not so serious .
The patient's voice is totally clear , normal sound that mean her airway is ok.
or if she look at her throat , so? it may show mild inflamation and not indication for intubation .
i think the one who take resposibilities for this , is the chief.
the chaos in emergency room , and poor management system are the real murderer

Hi there everybody!!
Ok I have to say that this epi was one of my fav!! I loved the way they told the story to us, caught my whole attention. I dont´t want to se Alex suffering, i hate how he can´t get a good story! But he was amazing last night! So please, make him talk to izzie and bring her back next to him!!! PLEASE!
I think it would be so hard to make this episode because it´s so well done, i am not an expert in this producing tv stuff (LOL) but i think that is just amazing to do something different in that way. obviously is not what we are used to see, but it´s a good new perspective with the essential part of it. Don´t hate the invaders but don´t want them to screw any of the actual couples! Specially Alex and Izzie! So if they want to stay ok, but don´t mess with them!!
Can´t wait for next week´s epi!!! :)

i love, love, love, loved the episode. it was so fantastic. the plot was so complicated and dynamic. and the twist was so simple. it was awesome. high points: christina pounding on that patient's chest to get his heart pumping, alex being so distracted and yet completely on his game, arizona putting lexie in check (i hope she stops crying), derek entering a room full of chaos and finally being able to breathe because he calls it, derek letting the chief know what his role in the patient's death was, christina keeping it real at the end letting everyone know that they all made mistakes and no one is safe. so good. my favorite episode of the season thus far. can't wait for next week.
