I think episode 8 will be centered around Arizona and a major possible donation to SGMWH.
Best thing I've read is that the chief's wife, Adele, will appear in episode 9. It sounds as though the chief is very stressed out by what he's done to SGH. Wonder if his health will suffer or whether his soberiety will wobble

Oh chit....I didn't wanna ever see them break up again. I am kinda sick of the break ups. Those are old news. For gods sake they are post-it married. They just need to stop with the break ups and let us see them really get married in a churchy church.

The cover of the TV Guide is the Fall Sweeps Episode and has a picture of Mer & Der and says "Mer & Der on the rocks".
After butting heads with the chief, Derek contemplates his position at SGH and it begins to take a toll on his relationship with Mer. SR says she's committed to keeping the couple in a happy place but warns, "We're going to start to see a little bit of a rocky road for them due to the battle between Derek and the Chief"
Great more drama. So the spoiler was true, MerDer are going to break up. Why i´m not surprised? What´s next? a new love triangle? welcome S3=S6

I think Der may have gone too far with this surgery, everyone is trying to warn him off going ahead. The chief tries to stop it, and Der will be at logger heads with the chief probably all this season. Then there's Shonda's remarks saying Der versus the chief will start affecting MerDer - euck.

Oh I can't believe that anyone would find Charles attractive. YUCK!!!! And just from looking at these pictures it looks like Derrick has screwed up again. And I don't think that Jennings will make him chief. But I do think that the chief will end up getting rid of all the MW people in time. (Fingers crossed)
