What Did You Think of This Week's Grey's Anatomy?
Budget cuts abound and stress levels are through the roof for our favorite residents, interns and attendings at Seattle Grace. All of the main characters retained their jobs (obviously), but not without some major bumps, bruises and drama along the way.
What did you think of tonight's Grey's Anatomy?
We're working on our recap of "I Always Feel Like Somebody's Watchin' Me" as we speak. In the meantime, tell us how you felt about the show this evening by voting in our poll.
Feel free to leave us comments with your thoughts, too.

Need more Derek scenes, less Lexie. Loved the scenes with Derek and Arizona the week before.

moomoo-yes ellen pompeo is supposed to take an abscence from the show, and im thinking her giving her dad a kidney is going to be the reason we wont see her for a few episodes....

i honestly think that this show has been in a four year time frame. only because bailey said last episode that her son was three years. baily had her baby mid season two...meaning three years had went by since last nights episode!

I loved the episode!
And oh my gosh, Derek would make a great chief. I wasn't really sure about it, but when he confronted richard i was all like dang, mcdreamys got some guts! then the way he comforted everyone! so sweet!

confused,
My bad. I meant EP light. She isn't supposed to miss any episodes but I'm preparing for the worst. :)
They can. As posts here already said, the liver can regenerate itself, so they take out a portion of the liver and put it into the other person to basically have a 'new' liver. Obviously, it's easier to have one of next of kin than a random donor, which is the issue with Lexie, Mer, and Thatcher. I think his blood type is rare (which would make finding a donor a lot more difficult), and Mer has it.
Also, Derek doesn't have to sign any consent form. He is her 'husband' but normally, only the donor's signature is required. I'm assuming (ok, more like hoping) that Derek and Mer gave each other power of attorney.

Christina in peds was totally hilirious. Lol at the pudding and the bear voice.. totally her!!
I loved Derek comforting the people who got fired!! Meredith and Derek was so cute although I wished that there were more scenes together!! And you gotta love optimistic Meredith:)
I hated the Chief.. and I hated that there was too much of Lexie!!
Looking foward for next episode.. I am so curious about the whole Thatcher part how will turn out.. Like Derek said in one of the promos She doesn't own him anything!!

I agree that there was not enough Callie and Arizona, though the ending scene was amazing. I also enjoyed Bailey telling Lexie her words were hurting her.

Oh...and I totally agree about the Chief being a jerk. Besides yelling at Derek, his firing method is not right. If you want to fire people, tell them personally, face to face, and not through emails. Firing people through emails just shows that you're a coward.
