What did Dr. Altman say to Dr. Yang right after she took Dr. Robbins place during surgery. I have listened to it 100 times and I have absolutely no idea what Dr. Altman says.

He was explaining to Cristina, the bird thing. He said her best friend loved birds and died in the 2nd tower which is why Teddy joined the Army. I thought last night's episode was great - especially the lunch scenes. Loved the interaction! Cannot wait until next week with Sloan's "daughter" coming!!

Has the Chief always been drinking? like everytime we see him drinking a "club soda" has it been vodka? i didn't quite get that... And does Mer know?
Also, what did Hunt say about Teddy at the end... something about her dying in the second tower so she joined the army???

I feel so bad for the chief! Meredith looked like she kinda knew what was happening though, so she'll probably do something about it! And Izzie and Alex :(

I will stop watching this show if Owen and Cristina break up! Seriously...this new chick needs to go. Like I said before, they have been through too much serious, intense drama together which means that they need to stay together because of their love for eachother. Screw the whole love triangle, ya dig! :)

I think Bailey will come around to stand on top again... the chief can only screw things up for so long!! Izzy is going to lose Alex if she doesnt shape up quickly... I feel bad for Alex and think he is better than Izzy but he loves her.

its interesting how in the end of season 4 bailey was giving izzie the keys to her clinic and with tears said "you have grown into a fine doctor, izzie stevens. You earned it the hard way, the ugly way." And last season she was doing her bext to care for izzie to make sure she lived and it ws her bright idea to give her the wedding. and now look at her. she is an attending now and she is more arogant and more of a hard-ass than ever before. Wast she the one who scolded izzie the night she got fired because she killed a patient or whatever? she probably told the chief about it, right? Bailey is still awesome and i know she has hard time with her husband but its interesting how her relationship change with stevens.

I think Bailey is still grieving George in a Bailey kind of way, not being able to say anything, otherwise, instead of Arizona, it'd be her the one to tell the Chief off during Derek's surgery.
Mer is back. Soooo happy about that.
