Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Owen, Cristina and Teddy
Okay, seriously. How long are these pesky Mercy West doctors sticking around? Can they be called cast members? What's the deal with cardio-goddess Teddy - and Owenstina?
These are the questions of the day pertaining to our favorite show in E! Online's spoiler chat. Let's get down to the spoilers/news tidbits, then you can weigh in with comments!
Q: I hate the new Mercy Westers. Please tell me they leave Grey's Anatomy soon.
A: We can confirm that Nora Zehetner is still on the show as we speak, and we're pretty sure the rest of the gang will be hanging around for a while as well. Sorry.
Q: Please don't tell me Kim Raver is sticking around long on Grey's Anatomy!
A: She's not going anywhere for the time being, and according to Kevin McKidd (Owen), that is a very good thing! "When we heard the pitch of this idea for the storyline this year," Kevin says, "I think Sandra and I were kind of initially like, 'This is bad.'"
"I think we felt this is a good thing with these two and there could have been more story lines to tell. But you know, I met Kim and we started to work and what seemed to be coming clear very quickly is that we three actors have great respect for each other.
"At the end of the day, that adds a really interesting dynamic to the triangle as it is played out on the screen because all three of us actors have great respect for each other."
Q: What's going to happen with Owen, Cristina and Teddy on Grey's Anatomy?
A: More from Mr. McKidd on that topic: "It's not going to be some petty, juvenile, immature thing. Things are going to be interesting and intense. It's going to get much hotter and complicated between the three of them because it is such an adult problem that they have."
"People are hopefully going to be very, very torn when it comes down to it, and very involved and kind of sucked in. I think it's a very interesting story we're telling."
Perhaps we should all keep an open mind? Or not. What do you think?

Well I personally do not like the Mercy Westers,i think they have no buisness being there. And what the hell happened to Izzy?! I loved her, one of my favorite characters. And i really hope there's a Mcbaby, Meredith and derek's baby would be hot.

I LOVE christina/avery. I think Christina's been stuck with these older, super-intense guys for too long (ie Burke, Hunt), and she totally needs someone who's really relaxed, fun, and funny. How totally hilarious would it be to watch Avery being all chilled and joking and Christina getting all stressed... lol I love this show!

I still don't like the mercy west crew at all! Actually I hate them! You only see them in 2 shots of an episode so why not get rid of them. That would be one problem solved!!
And about Burke, I don't understand why people would still make a big deal out of it when he comes back to GA. Burke and Christina were an excellent couple and Burke was punished so give the man a break and let him back on GA!! He deserves a second chance.
I advice SHONDA to take a look at these comments of everyone and at least give people a little bit of what they want. Everyone knows that you can better keep the fans happy, even when it's just on some points instead of pissing them of with too many changes. First the mercy west crew then the so called 'new' story between Owen, Christina and Teddy.
DEAR SHONDA, READ THE COMMENTS AND MAYBE YOU CAN STILL SAVE GREY'S ANATOMY!!
PS. I loved the episode Holidaze because you did not see that much of the mercy westers and saw a lot of the crew that I do like!

I am scared of Teddy. After the scene with Owen and Cris talking about Teddy. Just my opinion-But I think she is bi-sexual. And as we seen in the OR AZ likes her. I hope that was just a friendly convo and nothing comes of that. But then again Shonda did say the tringle she has in store for us was nothing that we would expect. I really hope that Cris and Jackson get together. Owen and Teddy get together and head back to Iraq. And I like Reed and Alex together. If Izzy don't stop running away she is going to lose him. And I won't blame him at all for dumping her. He has tryed really hard to be there for her and she is just pissing away her marriage. Maybe since Mer is back she can help him get over Izzy or help them make it work. Looking forward of the new eppy tonight:)

I am with you. I love Christina/Owen but I also wonder what will it be with the new one from Mercy (Jackson?). I also like Teddy and would like for her to have a love interest so that would leave me with Owen. So I don't know, will have to watch and wait. I also think that the different love triangle that has never been presented (and this is just an idea) is that instead of being a "triangle" Teddy makes it a point of really teaching Christina and perhaps help her understand what Owen went through in the war. She does not strike me as a person seeking revenge or anything like that or like an Addison character the first seasons. She strikes me more mature and caring person.

I can not stand the mercy westers...seriously. I want Alex & Izzie to make up, it took them FOREVER to get together and in one quick flash things are crap between them...soo frusterating! I like the whole Owen & Christina thing...so Im a little nervous to see where this is going. I dont like REED, nor do I like TEDDY...I could live without them on the Greys set!...However, since we lost T.R. Knight, I would love love love to see Burke come back! I always enjoyed Burke's character and it would be such a shock to see him back on the show. I know many fans have missed Burke!...Anyways...heres hoping for the best! :)

Oh man Burke coming back is going to piss off alot of fans. Starting with me. Boy Shonda lies her ass off. Not to long ago I listened to a pod cast and Shonda said Burke's time on the show had come and gone and he wasn't ever coming back. Hmmmm she has a lesbian relationship going on and she is going to let the king homophobe come back. NICE!!!!!! That should send the ratings down the toilet. I think she needs to pay more attention to the fans and what we want. Oh and another thing. Is she going to let Dr. Hahn come back too? Brooke Smith didn't do a damn thing and she got fired. She got fired for doing what she was hired to do. I will be sure and watch for the eppy that Burke is supposed to be in and I won't watch. I'm sorry but this really pisses me off.

I like the mercy-westers??? Am I the only one? Well I should say, they don't bother me and I don't hate them. Just adding drama. Plus, what kind of hospital has no changes? I'm along for the ride, and think it'll be fun!

I would love to see Cris and Jackson together, I think they'd be cute. But at the same time I don't want C/O to break up, lol. I guess I'd be happy with either out come. I just hope if Teddy ruins C/O Cris will still want to be taught by her, She needs her cardio god(dess)!

I'm a big Christina fan and I just want her to be happy. If the writers do this right hopefully that is what happens with her in the end. I liked Christina/Burke and I like Christina/Owen but I could also see Christina/Avery because he seems to be someone who likes her for who she is. It would be nice to see more of the Avery character to see if he really is right for Christina but it would be nice to see how she interacts with an equal for once instead of a superior.
