New Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice Crossover to Feature Kate Walsh, Eric Dane and Leven Rambin
Get ready for Addison's return ... again!
Private Practice star Kate Walsh is heading back to Grey’s Anatomy in early January to play a key role in a top-secret crossover involving Addison, Mark, and guest star Leven Rambin.
The situation as we know it is as follows:
In the Grey’s Anatomy half of the crossover, Mark Sloan (Eric Dane) summons Addison to Seattle Grace to perform surgery on Rambin's character, who was announced last week.
The storyline spills into Private Practice when, according to creator Shonda Rhimes, “complications arise and Mark ends up taking [her] back down to L.A. for more surgery.”
As for Mark’s connection to this new crossover character?
That remains to be seen. As does whether sparks fly between lovers-turned-friends Addison and Mark, and what impact this new crisis has, if any, on the future of Mark and Lexie.
Answers to all those questions will likely be revealed, or at least hinted at, in future spoilers.

I really hate to admit this. But I'de hate to see Sloan and Little Grey break up now. I'm getting used to see them together and I don't mind it at all. At first I was really grossed out by the pairing. So that is all good. I hope by now everyone has seen the promo's and knows the blonde girl is Sloans daughter. Am so lookin forward for Addie being back at SGH. I love her with all her friends there. She has got alot to catch up on. If mark goes to OS before Addie gets to SGH he will tell her everything. LOL!!! Loved him this week being the Gossip, was to cute.

Thanks you all for clarifying the age issue, but I will have a heart attack on Thursday if he is going to be a grandad! However, I do like the scenario of him being a grandad and dad at about the same time. That will be what he really needs in his life! As a matter of fact, that is the only way I can have him as a grandad!

mfcgal Slaon said he was nearer to Thatcher Grey's age than Lex(who's 24). Sloan is pushing 40, cos he Der and Ad are all around that age

Paddisonluvr thanks, I didn't know about Bailey updating Ad about MerDer, cos I don't watch PP, and watch GA via a well known website.
Did the update for Ad happen at the beginning or end of the cross over?

I am so ready for a Mark storyline - he has barely been on lately! I think it would be interesting to have Lexie have a pregnancy scare at the same time this "daughter" shows up. Mark can go from thinking he is about to be a father to being a grandfather! I just don't want Lexie and Mark to break up - I like them. :) From those pictures though it looks as though her and Lexie get along. Hmmmm...

Well in that case and he is over 35, then I guess it might be a daughter. The problem with Lexie is going to be then that he knows about it but did not tell her.

I think the girl must be Mark's daughter.I remember before Addison said she is 39 years old.Mark's age would be the same as Addison or a little older.The new girl is 18.At the age of 40,it is possible to have a kid of age 18

It is not Mark's daughter. I mean, how old is Mark in the show, I think he is younger than 35. This girl is at least 18 or older. So if my calculations are correct, and she is his daughter, he started REALLY young.
I think it is a sister and she is "coming back to him" as a sister in need of medical advise and when she meets Lexie she does not like the fact that she is only a few years older. I think it is going to be Montgomery who brings trouble for Mark and Lexie.

Let's hope we see more of Mark seeing as we really haven't seen him in previous episodes i love him with Addison i'm excited since Mark is my favorite character can't wait till this epsoide airs super excited :)
