How about Damian being the one behind it?...Maybe Chuck starts to talk some sense into Jenny, and Damian gets tired of Chucks interference...and decides to distract him with other troubles. I think Jack and Mom have a different angle...or maybe not

Why is there no spoiler concerning Chuck and Blair? Soo unfair. they have got to have an SL for them apart from 2 seconds scenes together.
Whatever happens with Chuck, i do hope that he discusses his problems with Blair and she supports him in all this.
Or I suppose him being typical Chuck will push her away in all this, she will get hurt and leave like she did in Debarted and they will have a boring too mature for their age conversation when it is all resolved instead of solving in the hot and spicy way that is Chair!!!
Writers wake up and give us some Chair from season 1!!!

My guess is the sexual harassment involves someone who works at the hotel...and most likely has something to do with Jack's return.
I'm curious about the intersection of Serena's dad and Chuck's "mom." I'm still not buying that is actually Chuck's mother, but just have no idea how Serena's dad might work into that storyline.
ok, here's my storyline:
jenny tries to maintain her crown and needs something big to happen so she accuses chuck of sexual harassment. then at some point blair's faith to chuck will break and after all of this is over and chuck's innocence is proved, he'll be disappointed by blair and they will break up. then blair will do a really big gesture to show him that her life without him is incomplete and they'll end up having hot sex (I think all of our stories have the same ending!)

maybe Chuck will try and help Jenny out since hes the one who introduced her to Damien! He'll try and convince her to stop dealing and to stay away from Damien or else he'll tell Rufus! And maybe she'll get mad at him and tell everyone that he sexually harassed her and then of course hes done that before to Jenny and to Serena so it won't look good! But I think no matter what we can be sure that the accusations will be false! as for the Serena and Chuck's daddy and mommy thing...i have no idea?
