Grey's Anatomy films on a closed set, so we rarely get glimpses of the stars in action (unlike, say, Gossip Girl and its many scenes outdoors in crowded New York City).

Sunday, though, Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey were seen outdoors on the set of Grey's Anatomy on a rainy afternoon. Ellen looks great, having just had a baby!

Patrick? Well, you know McDreamy. The man doesn't look any less good dressed down in a hooded sweatshirt. You don't get the McDreamy nickname for no reason ...
