Grey's Anatomy Sneak Previews: "Blink"
Grey's Anatomy has been on hiatus since airing an all-encompassing festive episode in November. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's were all rolled into one "Holidaze."
Next week, the show finally returns with "Blink," which kick-starts another crossover event with Private Practice. At the center of the action is Sloane. As in Mark's daughter.
Her condition brings Addison back to Seattle Grace, and the sparks between McSteamy and his former flame will fly again. What will that mean for Mark and Lexie's future?
We'll have to wait and see. Elsewhere, something is definitely going on with Meredith and the Chief, as she reveals to Derek in this sneak preview clip from next Thursday ...

Also the fact that Adele is gone explains why Richard spent Christmas dinner at Meredith's and Derek's house instead of spending it with Adele and it also explain why Adele wasn't with Richard for Christmas dinner.

Derek is bringing a bottle to Richard in 612 so he can prove to Richard that Richard can't control his drinking. I think that Meredith is taking lesson from the Chief to stop him from drinking that would be an excellent explanation for her hiding Richard's secret.

That makes more sense. Meredith is trying to help Richard on her own but later realizes that this is too big for her and reaches out for Derek?
This SL is getting good. The only thing that disturbs me is that for the promo pics of 6x12, Derek is pouring a drink to the Chief in his office. I just hope Derek didn't bring the bottle...

Has Adele left the chief, or is she on one of her holidays? I've read we will be seeing Adele in future episodes, hooray!
I think it's interesting that Ad mentions about the baby being 22 weeks. I think things will not go smoothly with the op. Another promo shows a distraught Mark, so it may lead to a sad outcome for the baby :(

So is Mer arranging to meet the chief in the evening so he can't go to Joe's an get drunk? The chief is heaping a lot of pressure on Mer to measure up to her mom.

The excert that confused me the most was the one with Sloan, Sloan R, Ad and Arizona. Mark has told his daughter about sleeping with Ad, but was it a sheer coincidence that Sloan R mentioned about Ad getting knocked up? Sloan R is been written as a very obnoxious teenager, but why so nasty to Ad.

i think the "gone" part is part of her fabrication. the last i saw Adel was accusing miranda of sleeping with him. then she and miranda made up. i understand the confusion though. so, not sure. lol.

Derek seems frustated because Mer goes to hospital....Addison says granpa is great but what's happening between the chief and Mer a strange alchemy...i wait with patiente this cross-over event - 4 to GA-day after 2 months in wait for GA.

I really, really do not like Sloane...she's rude, awkward and nosy. Addie, on the other hand, I adore! Grandpa...hahaha! Looks like she handles the abrupt question of whether Mark got her pregnant very tactfully.
I can't wait for the crossover, GA and PP have been on hiatus for what feels like an eternity.
