    The early spoilers talked about Der and Hunt trying to arrange a Valentines surpise for the un-Valentines liking women in their lives. I kinda think Mer and Cris will get a kick out of having to go into the OR instead.
    
    But I hope we see hot MerDer.....

    I think the Tv guide photo shoot of Ellen Pompeo shows the episode where the Harper Avery appears. I am sure Dr Avery jr walks in his grandfather's room, followed by Meredith

    I'll be interested to see if Mer in supporting her husband mode lets herself be refered to as Mrs Meredith Shepherd and wears her engagement ring!

    lili thanks, I really was wondering cos of the scene where Der turns around and seems delighted to see Mer. The next scene shows a woman wearing brown who I half thought was the the person in the car.
    
    In the uk if 2 couples go out together, the men seem to always sit in the front seats and the ladies at the back. So I guess it's different in the states?

    Looking at the promos it looks like someone looses his arm due to the building collapse.
    
    I had thought the first promo was Der in a new car with mer,Cris and Hunt, but now I'm not so sure
