The premise of "Perfect Little Accident" is this: Famous surgeon Dr. Harper Avery is rushed to Seattle Grace-Mercy West, and we learn one of our own is related to him.
The one with the last name Avery, presumably.
On top of that, the doctor's unorthodox request for his surgery causes more tensions between Derek and Richard, as if there weren't enough of that in the air already.

Hi...does anyone know what song was playing during Harper Avery's second surgery in tonight's episode? Something like "we knew it all along"...."gonna die young." I've been searching the internet for an hour and can't find a thing. Thanks!

the patient they are treating is harper avery aka someone with an award named after him. Jackson's last name is avery. Somehow jackson is related to the esteemed surgeon so greys will reveal another controversy. callin it now!

@not sure, I don't think Derek would want to introduce a no sex at the hospital policy because how would Mer and Der do it, they seem to be leaving in the hospital now that Derek is Chief.

I think I would be a bit hesitant to have a short term sober recovering ex alcholic, who hasn't being doing very many surgeries recently operating on me
But it does rather put Der in a spot, cos he pushed the boundaries at times and ignored the word no when it suited him. Not sure how ground breaking Webber has been when he's been a head of surgery for so long.
Anyone seen the promo yet. Mark in the cupboard with a rep, and Lex all geared up to seduce Alex(?). Der walks in on both, LOL. Will Der try to introduce a no sex at work policy for SGH? LOL

@deme bullshit Derek isn't scare for Richard at all. Derek lacks sympathy for Richard. Richard is an accomplish surgeon, who fell off the wagon and is having a hard time. Richard doesn't need prove anything to anyone.

Richard is return to work soon and i think that derek says no and it's right.I think that tyhe ex-chief cannot ton do a difficult surgery, he must take time for practice-surgery.I will not do to surgery by ex-alcolist ,after little time which he isn't drinking.This isn't as hypocrite.He scared for Richard.
