    To iheartizzie the chief and adele are not togther ,she left him . Remember in the holiday episode when mer was making excuses for the cheif telling derek that the cheif cant sleep well with adele gone .I think she left after the episode when she came to the hospital and thought that he was having an affair with bailey , it seems like he wasnt spending that much time at home so she left him .

    1) "When in doubt, wear the blue tie. It brings out your eyes." Despite the fact that Derek told Richard's secret (as he should have), Meredith still supports him. It's a very grown-up Meredith we're seeing now, and the adoration she has for Derek is touching because it's something we as fans have been fighting for since Season 1.
    2) I do feel bad for Richard, even though he was a complete ass at the beginning of the season. I don't know if it's the responsibilities that accompany the merger that changed him or if he started drinking even before that and those caused the changes, but it's clear he needs help and it's a shame he's letting his pride stop him from getting better. On the other hand, he's being irresponsible and hurting both Bailey and Meredith, his proteges.
    3) I was surprised, like Cristina said, that she'd start letting a man change her like that again. Arizona and Alex wasn't a surprise, because we all knew Alex was a peds man at heart and I'm just glad that he's fina
