I honestly was not expecting all of the episode to be in the past- I thought it would be more of a few flashbacks here and there that mirror what's going on in the present. I enjoyed learning about their pasts however, I felt it was missing what we know and love about Grey's Anatomy. With no storyline progression at all, I walked away from this episode feeling jipped. But, luckily for Shonda, PP was amaaaaazzzziinnggg and totally made up for it. Perhaps this week she just put all of her effort into PP

Is the CalAl storyline going to go further, ever? Or is that an aside, so Arizona gets more curious about Callie's past sexual conquests? I'm unsure as to whether we're supposed to think that all the audience realised how CalAl celebrated, so lexie realises Alex and Mark have much more in common than she ever realised? When is the next episode plz?

I found this episode a bit disappointing. Callie is no lecturer, Bailey caught her audiences interest, and Webber sounded slured. So Der's been in charge 45 days plus? He's expecting Webber to come back as chief eventually? Bailey's must have been dating gas man for 45 days? Lexie and mark have been broken up a couple of months now? Is Alex divorcing Iz? Plz am I correct in my assumptions?

I hate to watch alex sleeping with a new woman every week:boring and pointless (I miss izzie so much!!)
Little meredith just broke my heart!!
Anyway, it was a good episode, full of emotion. I'm looking forward to discover the end of this season

One word: Brilliant!!! Such a moving episode i got dissapointed when i realised there wouldn't be much MerDer in it but the episode made up for it!!
Loved it!!!

Last night's episode was amazing. Loved the flashbacks!! Cristina 'Give me candy' LOL.
Did you notice the look Arizona gave to Alex and Callie, when she said we celebrated after the surgery.. I guess she figure it out!
Ellis started Richard drinking hmmm.. but the actress, she must have blue eyes like Kate Burton!
Little Mer was adorable.. and looks exactly like Big Mer. I felt sorry for her:(.
Mandy was cute.. I loved when she told her shark of a resident off.
And I really loved the little scene at the end with MerDer holding hands, and they were dressed like each other in black.. like a classy married couple:P. Does anybody know if there is an episode next week?

Bailey "Mandy"
I loved her intern years! And the chocolate for correct answers was quite hilarious. I loved the part where Cristina shouted out an answer and then said, "Give me candy!" Haha
Richard's Drinking
Richard's first drink was when he was in his late twenties early thirties. He never drank before that. o.o And Ellis pushed him to drink the vodka!
Callie's Stage Fright and One Night Romance
I personally loved Callie's stage fright dances. It was so funny! I loved how Alex was helping Callie with her speech. I loved how Arizona helped comb the puke out of her hair because of the stage fright. Did you notice the look Arizona gave Alex? It was when Callie said, "We celebrated. Oh, we celebrated." I already knew they slept together because of the freakin' sneak peeks. I wish I never saw them because I would be more satisfied in this episode. And Callie thought Alex was George? LOL Plus she called Alex hot.
I give this episode an 8 out of 10.

love little mer...absolutely adorable, so similar to ellen pompeo

This episode was a bit blah for me. There were some good parts in the flashbacks and some I just felt to be boring (Particularly Cheif/Ellis the actors picked out weren't interacting well but idk) But here are some things I did like: -Bailey and the gas man: MORE scenes with them please!
-Mandy flashback was my favorite hands down especially when she told off her SOB of a resident I hated her!
-Callie's stage fright was hilarious! her flashback was ok except that she SLEPT with Alex smh
-The cheif taking the physicians oath was my favorite scene of the night and my favorite quote in GA history which was why I didn't completely hate this episode I think that the next new episode is March 4th which by reading the press sounds pretty good

Switchfoot is not heavy metal. They are a rock/pop band. I found the the episode uninspired. I understood it was used to help understand certain characters better but seriously....who hasn't slept with alex? and there were many more interesting patient cases in recent episodes.

Grey's Anatomy Quotes

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

Meredith (closing voiceover)

Burke was- He took something from me. He took little pieces of me, little pieces over time, so small I didn't even notice, you know? He wanted me to be something I wasn't, and I made myself into what he wanted. One day I was me Cristina Yang, and then suddenly I was lying for him, and jeopardizing my career, and agreeing to be married and wearing a ring, and being a bride. Until I was standing there in a wedding dress with no eyebrows, and I wasn't Cristina Yang anymore. And even then, I would've married him. I would have. I lost myself for a long time. And now that I'm finally me again, I can't. I love you. I love you more than I loved Burke. I love you. And that scares the crap out of me because when you asked me to ignore Teddy's page, you took a piece of me, and I let you. And that will never happen again.
