I was thinking Meredith but then we would've already found out about it. It has to be Callie. It would've explain Alex telling George about Callie sleeping with Mark back in season 3.

Yeah, it's probably Callie, we don't know much about her time in the hospital before she met George, but we know that Alex was a manwhore, so it's not impossible. It sounds weird, but who else could it be? I'm sure Cris would never have sex with Alex, not even when she's drunk. About Mer, she's had enough lovers already and they are friends, so I don't think it was her either.

Ew! I hope not. I just don't see Callie and Alex together. Plus, everyone could have guessed that, so the writers will probably make it really random.
I feel so bad about the Derek and Richard whole thing. But I've been really worried about how close Meredith and Richard have become. What if they.........oh its too terrible to even write. And there needs to be less mad at each other with Mer and Der and more sexy scenes.

Addison and Alex did hook up. We saw it happen in season 3 and she's not a SGH doctor anymore so it's not her.
The Feb 18 episode is the episode that will have flashbacks from Bailey, Richard and Callie's POV. I think it's pretty obvious it'll be Callie because she'll be flashing back to right before she was introduced on the show. At that time Alex was an intern and we all know he's slept with a lot of women so it wouldn't be farfetched if he hooked up with Callie back then. The only other docs it could be are Meredith and Cristina but I think it's safe to say it won't be one of them, we would have heard about it already if it was.

this idea sounds kinda stupid. if alex had hooked up with one of the female doctors he was ether really drunk or seriously young but it would show in his relationship with that person. it seems to be a easy was of attempting to create more drama for alex but it sound more like a rumor.
