Coby Bell Joins Cast of Burn Notice

Burn Notice just ended its third season, but we already have major casting news on season four:

Coby Bell is coming on board as a series regular.

The actor will play Jesse Garcia, a cocky, smooth, sexy counter intelligence expert who excels at taking on different aliases. According to Entertainment Weekly, which broke this story, Garcia is also an expert at reading people.

Bell is best known for roles on Third Watch and The Game.
