Blairs eating disorder will return because of her relationship to Chuck. I love Chair but I feel like she will not be able to continue the way it is. She is always giving and caring and has to fight for him to let her in. It's great that she is always worried BUT it's not easy to be always giving and never receiving. You know what I mean? I don't even think it's anything intentional from Chuck's side, it's just the way it is and a normal person wouldn't be able to take this for a rather long time...
just a theory though ;)
